  The chiffon blouses are not supposed to be loose fitting. I take the bust sizes of the chiffon blouses by
laying them flat and measuring the length from under arm to the other and then doubling
the measurement. To get a good size for your chiffon blouse add about 6" to 8" more than your bust size.
 The side seams of the blouses (bodice and sleeves are overlapped and double stitched).
