Material is a light polyester. The vest is seamless, that is, it is one piece of fabric with stitching all around.

UKRAINIAN BLOUSES Embroidered on good quality Poly-cotton imported from Germany.
When measuring allow plenty of room for a loose fit. I measure the bust size from under one arm to the other with the fabric lying flat. Allow about 12" -14" Bust Size more for the white polycotton blouses. This method has proven to be a good indication for your size.
