The chiffon blouses are not supposed to be loose fitting. They fit closer to your body. I take the bust sizes of the chiffon blouses by laying them flat and measuring the length from under arm to the other
 and then doubling the measurement. You then need to take in account the fullness of the bodice.
To get a good size for your chiffon blouse add about 6" to 8" more than your bust size.
 The side seams of the blouses are overlapped and double stitched).
