The measurements of the chest are taken from under one arm pit across to the other with with the shirt lying flat and then multiplying by 2. You should then allow some bulkiness for the chest size. Note: the sleeve is measured from the edge of embroidered collar down to the edge of the cuff. The neck is measured inside around the embroidered collar.
The shirt SHOULD BE LOOSE FITTING. Allow plenty of room for a nice comfortable loose fit.
