TC1 Ukrainian Hand Embroidered Exquisite & Delicate tablecloth "White on White" Corner border of tablecloth Size is 56" x 120" $229.00 ea. sold	TC1a Elaborate white on white with an enlarged view of the corner embroidered in silk threads in huck weaving style. A one  inch hem is finished in a simpler form of cutwork.  The material is folded  over to form the hem.	TC1b  Fabric is heavy weight Aida cloth.   There are 3 rows of cutwork close to the border, about 1 inch apart and then the 4th row of the border hem.	TC1c Center view of tablecloth. Embroidery of designs in white silk threads  are embroidered all  along the tablecloth. All together there are 9 rows of  fancy cutwork  on this elegant tablecloth.

Care For Your Tablecloth

                     The embroidery threads are of good quality and do not run. The tablecloth is easy to care for. You can wash it in lukewarm soapy water, rinse well and hang to dry. You can also steam iron on low heat when the tablecloth is slightly damp. If you happen to have some stains or spills use proper cleaning cleaning procedures. A product on the market for some time is dual action SPRAY & WASH. 
         For a  stubborn stain use a cotton swab dab which has been dipped in diluted  bleach, dab on the stain and then rinse quickly - BUT not on the colored threads. 
           It is not common to get  the width of the tablecloth 60 inches or more. Ukrainians follow the metric system and the bolts of material come in 1 1/2 meters width or 60 inches wide. About 2 inches or more is used to turn over to make a hem.  To use all the fabric - the Ukrainian women do not embroider round or oval tablecloths. They make use of every piece of fabric.
